Boarding pass must show a reservation for a same-day Delta-operated flight (Delta or Delta connection) departing from or arriving at the airport in which the Delta Sky Club is located. Platinum Card Members must present their valid American Express Card, government-issued I.D., and boarding pass to the Delta Sky Club ambassador. Card Members and their guests will receive all of the complimentary benefits and amenities afforded to the Escape Lounge customers, including access to purchase non-complimentary items. ANZ’s role is to assist you by lodging disputes with merchants, providing the transaction is covered by the various Scheme rules (Visa or EFTPOS) and/or the ePayments code. Unauthorised transactions are subject to the ePayments Code. For circumstances where you believe there has been an unauthorised transaction, you should raise a dispute in the ANZ App. In ANZ Internet Banking, choose the account, click the Search link at the top of the Transactions tab and follow the prompts. In the ANZ App, choose the account you want to search and then enter a word or an amount in the Search box.

You can raise a dispute in the ANZ App once a transaction has been processed to your account. If a transaction was unsuccessful, it will not appear in your transaction online casinos list. If you think the transaction was unauthorised, temporarily block your card to help prevent further transactions being made.
